Orang kata orang jawa dan banjar jer yang suka masak style gini..kalo letak asam keping atau asam jawa jadilah sayur asam. No wonder ketika berkunjung ker negara seberang sayur macam ni jadi hidangan.. mereka banyak masak syaur rebus2 Patutlah mereka semua slim2 .</p>
<p dir=ltr>Saya suka jagung tongkol masak bening macam ni. Dulu masa saya kecil mak ada menanam jagung. Mana2 tongkol jagung muda  yang  masih lembut yang x de isi atau jarang2 isinya dipetik dijadikan sayur bening. Bukan baby corn tau. </p>
<p dir=ltr>Balik rumah potong bulat bulat pastu masak bening rebus cam ni jer. Cuma hiriskan bawang merah dan sikit ikan bilis. Bila dah masak manis jer kuah bening tu.. lawan plak sambal belacan dan ikan masin gelama atau ikan kembung goreng.. fuh... jagung tu plak digigit isinya dan hisap tongkolnya sampai habis manisnya..</p>
<p dir=ltr>Hidup dikampung dulu serba sederhana... hidup kena kreatif menggunakan bahan2 disekeliling rumah. Sayur petik keliling rumah pucuk ubi kangkung cili api pucuk paku cekur manis semua tumbuh dan ditanam keliling rumah. Nak buat sambal belacan cuma beli belacan jer. Kalau boleh buat belacan agaknya buat sendiri jugak.</p>

Saya punya kegemaran ni..sambal tumis cili api. Kalau dulu dulu cili api sentiasa ada ditanam di keliling rumah. Jadinya mak atau nenek lebih kerap gunakan cili api berbanding cili kering atau lada dalam masakan. X payah nak beli. Maklumlah org kampung kehidupan pun ala kadar. Pagi2 kalau buat lempeng cicahlah dengan sambal ni. Buat jemput2 pun sama. Sos2 tak main. Lagi lagi kalau tanak pulut putih. Aduh ... terliurnya. </div>

1/2 sudu teh baking powder<br />
1/2 sudu besar ovellete<br />
100g butter cair / minyak<br />
30 g susu pekat<br />
Pewarna mengikut citarasa<br />
<br />
Satukan tepung, gula, baking powder, ovellete dan telur . Pukul dengan kelajuan maximum sehingga kembang kira -kira 15 minit. Masukkan susu dan mentwga cair. Kacau perlahan dan bahagikan mengikut warna kegemaran.<br />
